● ANY – Will hold a virtual special meeting of shareholders on August 24, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET to vote on a proposed continuance from Ontario to British Columbia, a potential corporate name change to DarkHorse Technologies Inc., and related adjournment matters. The board has unanimously approved the proposed name change, and the Nasdaq ticker symbol DRK has been reserved for use if shareholders approve the proposal and the change becomes effective.
● REAX – Expects to close its previously announced acquisition of RE/MAX Holdings on August 24, 2026, subject to satisfaction or waiver of remaining closing conditions. Securityholders of both parties approved the transaction at special meetings on August 14, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia has granted the final order required for the arrangement.

Existing shareholders are expected to own approximately 1.1% of the combined company on a fully diluted basis, while former Korsana securityholders, including financing participants, are expected to own approximately 98.9%. Following closing, the combined entity is expected to be renamed Korsana Biosciences, Inc. and trade under KRSA, subject to Nasdaq listing approval and other closing conditions.
